This policy explains what Feedlaney collects, why, and how you can control or remove it. You can browse public feedback boards, vote, and comment without ever creating an account.

What we collect

Account info — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address (we request only the openid email profile scope; we never see your Google password).
Content you submit — feedback, votes, comments, and tags you create are stored so they can be shown on the relevant board.
Anonymous voting/commenting — if you interact with a board without signing in, we set a random identifier in a browser cookie so your vote or comment can be attributed to you (and not duplicated) without requiring an account.
Payment info — if you subscribe to the Pro plan, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details ourselves.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and (for anonymous visitors) a separate cookie that lets you vote or comment without an account. Neither cookie is used for advertising or tracking across other websites.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate Feedlaney: showing your feedback/votes/comments on the boards you interact with, running your Pro subscription if you have one, and letting board owners manage the feedback submitted to their own product. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and removes your account along with the products/boards you own. If you'd like help with a data request instead, email us at [email protected].
